what is Support Coordination?
If you have an NDIS Plan you have a list of goals of things you want to do.
Your plan shows how much support you need to make your goals happen.
The NDIS let you know how much funding they’ll give you to carry out your plan.
Sometimes, your NDIS plan can be difficult to understand. It’s a good idea to ask someone to help you.
It’s helpful to ask someone who knows about the NDIS. Someone who puts your needs first. This is called Support Coordination.
